David Di Ramio - Managing Principal

David is the Managing Principal of the GMDR Group and has over 20 years’ experience in the energy utility industry.  David’s extensive management consulting experience across the utility sector in Australia is further augmented by additional background in the petrochemical industry at a senior level. David’s expertise includes project & change management; strategic and commercial analysis and modelling; procurement strategy and management; business and product development; operational & regulatory process review and re-engineering.

Joanne Rankine - Senior Consultant

Joanne is an experienced consultant who utilises well developed project management and facilitation experience, along with business process and analysis skills to efficiently manage a range of business projects and operational initiatives.  Joanne’s 20+ years’ experience has been gained predominantly in the electricity, gas and petroleum industries and spans across the major functions within organisations.  This range of industry experience and operational knowhow is further enhanced by excellent writing skills, making Joanne’s technical and specification writing an asset to any project.

Penny Cayzer - Senior Consultant

Penny has over 30 years’ experience in providing consulting advice and project management expertise that has been gained across a number of technically oriented industries.  Recently, Penny has been levering this experience to provide consulting assistance in the utilities industry covering records and project management, as well as back office and regulatory areas. Additionally, Penny has been involved in many bid and proposal responses for both private industry and government ranging from IT application support outsourcing to full application consulting, development and integration.

Sue Bensted - Senior Consultant

Sue is an experienced procurement and supply chain executive who utilises well developed business process and analysis skills to manage and deliver a comprehensive range of procurement projects and strategies. Sue has been involved with a significant number of procurement activities including the development of procurement strategies, category analysis, and the development of specifications. Sue’s strong strategic skills are supported by detailed planning and communication capability. Sue’s experience has been gained in key positions in the energy utility, manufacturing and defence sectors.

Wayne Condello - Business Analyst

Wayne is an experienced business analyst with sound knowledge of the procurement and works scheduling / operational management functions gained in small business, manufacturing and the energy utility industry. Wayne is adaptable and utilises well developed communications and problem solving skills to affect quick resolution of issues and ensure the on time delivery of all project or assignment parameters. Wayne is capable of working independently and is also able to contribute in a team environment.

Ian Gibson

Ian has detailed experience in strategy, business development, technology and business redesign, and commercial deal making from the banking, utilities and consulting industries. Ian’s expertise includes strategy formulation, scenario and strategic planning, business process reengineering, business development and market entry, retailing and marketing, technology and business redesign, and management and leadership.

 

Stephen Jones

Stephen is a management executive who utilises well developed business process and analysis skills along with strong consultation experience to manage and deliver a range of business system projects. His strong strategic skills are supported by detailed planning, project management and communication capability. Stephen’s experience has been gained from over 20 years in executive management positions in the financial services industry, focusing on back office and financial settlement operations and high volume data oriented transactional systems. Stephen’s business system experience is further augmented by strong IT Operations Management.

 

Nickolas Frederiksen

Nickolas is an experienced business analyst who utilises his extensive project management and facilitation experience, along with business process and analysis skills to contribute to a range of business projects and commercial initiatives. Nickolas’ experience spans a range of industries including electricity, gas and banking.

 

Keri Koutsomitis

Keri is a professionally certified project and change management specialist with over 14 years’ experience managing national and international projects across a variety of industries including retail, telecommunications, banking and manufacturing.  Keri has delivered a range of application, infrastructure and organisational change projects engaging the full project management life cycle from inception to closeout.

 

Jade Rhodes

Jade has over 12 years’ experience in providing consulting advice and project management expertise that has been gained across various areas of the energy utility industry. He is an experienced consultant with proven business acumen and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships through competence, providing sound advice, listening to customer needs and issues, identifying cost effective solutions and being responsive to changing expectations and priorities. Recent assignments have focused on business risk management and AMI metering for a major energy network business.

 

Jenny Howes

Jenny is an experienced project and business administrator whose skills have primarily been gained through her roles in cultural heritage management, academic and training areas. Jenny is adaptable and utilises well developed communications skills to effect quick resolution of issues and ensures all administration parameters are addressed. Jenny is capable of working independently and is also able to contribute in a team environment.
