Tasmanian Energy Utility – Gas Contract Billing Support
Provided operational support to the client’s Gas Contracts Portfolio and Settlements Manager. This consisted of generating detailed invoices as part of the monthly billing processes for each of the client’s downstream gas customers (these client’s ranged from mining and smelting operations through to gas fired power plants).
Tasmanian Energy Utility – Gas Contract Support – Obligations Calendar
Developed a comprehensive obligations calendar for a number of the client’s upstream and downstream gas contracts.
Victorian Electricity & Gas Distribution Company – Operational Review of Customer Relations Function
Conducted a comprehensive operational review of the client’s Customer Relations function. The review covered: processes and procedures; resource levels and team structure; systems and tools. The review highlighted both “quick wins” as well as fundamental improvements to processes and systems aimed at optimising productivity and customer satisfaction.
National Utility Service Company – Back Office Audit – Compliance to Government Concession Rebate Requirements
Conducted an independent, end-to-end audit of the Government compensation scheme for retailers (eg Pensioner Rebate, Life Support, etc) across Queensland, NSW, and Victoria.
Victorian Electricity & Gas Distribution Company – Operational Review of New Connections Function
Conducted a comprehensive operational review of the client’s New Connection function. The review included determining operational metrics associated with all connection tasks undertaken by the team of 30 staff. Areas included: Electricity and gas; Additions and alterations; Solar; Embedded networks; Abolishments; B2B Service Orders; Legacy and AMI ERP systems. The review provided the client with key productivity measures and insight through the identification of key process, system and team improvement initiatives.
